Caijiapo Three Kingdoms Town Tour

The scorching sun and rolling heat waves cannot stop our enthusiasm to go out. At 9:50, I took my two nieces and my mother-in-law and drove to the town of Three Kingdoms. Driving eastward along the Weihe River embankment highway, the river looks like a continuous belt that sometimes widens and sometimes narrows. The vibrant green belt under the embankment recedes quickly outside the car. After more than 20 kilometers, we quickly arrived at Caijiapo. Although Caijiapo is a town, it has developed trains, high-speed rails, high-speed stations and various highways, nearly 2,000 large and small industrial enterprises, and tourist attractions such as Wuzhangyuan Zhuge Liang Temple and Three Kingdoms Town. These have become the basis for the development of the town. There are many high-rise buildings in the town. From a distance, it looks like a modern city. It makes me sigh and makes me envious!

Let’s get down to business. Arrive at the Three Kingdoms Town and enter the scenic spot after passing various inspections. Due to the hot weather, there are not many tourists. I saw a variety of antique buildings, high and low, built around the water, and a lake with slightly muddy yellow water surrounded each ancient building. The building is divided into three parts: Wei, Shu and Wu, integrating people, events and scenes from the Three Kingdoms allusions. There is a cockfighting platform, various wooden carts (one-wheeled, two-wheeled), Liu Bei's straw sandals, etc., as well as various Special snack bars are interspersed among them. The most pleasant thing is to take a boat along the waterway and tour around the town. The breeze is blowing, sometimes passing through bridge holes, sometimes entering pavilions, sometimes the water is open, and sometimes passing through alleys. The waterway is carefully designed and small surprises often appear, which makes people linger.

On the north side of the road is a large amusement park and a zoo. Because the weather was too hot, we had no intention of visiting them one by one, so we ended the half-day tour and headed back home.
