How much do you know about the seven tombs in Qing Dynasty?
In Qing Dynasty, there were twelve imperial tombs, three imperial tombs outside Shanhaiguan, five imperial tombs in Dongqing and four in Xiqing. Generally speaking, the queen, as the wife of the emperor, should be buried with her husband after her death. However, if the former emperor dies prematurely, the former queen, now the empress dowager, can build a mausoleum alone. There were seven mausoleums in Qing Dynasty. Let's look at those.
The first block: Xiao Dongling
The Little Dongling is the tomb of Bolzigit, the second queen of Shunzhi, who is the granddaughter of sourdrang queen. Due to the early death of Shunzhi, Bolzigit became the empress dowager at the age of 2 1, and it has been 57 years since then. She was the longest-serving Empress Dowager in the Qing Dynasty, and died only in the 57th year of Kangxi (17 18) at the age of 78. Xiao Dongling is the first queen's mausoleum built in Qing Dynasty.
Block 2: Tomb of Zhao Qianling
Zhao Qianling is the mausoleum of Emperor Xiao Zhuang, Shunzhi's biological mother. The Zhaoling of Huang Taiji is in Zhaoling, north of Shenyang, outside the customs. Sourdrang queen wanted to be with her children and grandchildren before her death, and specially asked her grandson Kangxi to bury her near Xiaoling. However, the main mausoleum of the Qing Dongling is the Xiaoling mausoleum of Shunzhi, and there is no more noble position. Therefore, Kangxi has never been buried in Xiaozhuang, and was temporarily placed in the temporary Anfengtang on the east side of the gate of the Feng Shui wall of the Qing Dongling. After Yongzheng succeeded to the throne, the mausoleum was built on the original site, known as Zhao Qianling.
The third block: Taidongling Mausoleum
The owner of Taidongling Mausoleum is Niu Zhilu, the mother of Qianlong and the filial piety queen. Niu Zhilu was the most blessed and longest-lived empress dowager in Qing Dynasty, who lived 86 years. Before his death, Niu Zhilu entrusted his thoughts to his son, Gan Long. He couldn't bear to disturb the first emperor, so he built a mausoleum, so Gan Long built the Taidongling Mausoleum for Niu Zhilu.
Fourth area: Chang Xiling.
Changxi Mausoleum is the tomb of the second empress of Jiaqing, Xiao He Rui. Empress Xiao He Rui was the longest reigning empress in Qing Dynasty, and had a good relationship with Daoguang Emperor who was not born to her. Daoguang Emperor built a mausoleum for her after her death.
Area 5: Mu Dongling
Mudongling is the tomb of Empress Xiaojingcheng, the fourth empress of Daoguang Emperor. Is Empress Xiao Jingcheng a Prince Gong? The biological mother in the game? Under the title of the Queen Mother, otherwise there is absolutely no treatment for Jianling alone.
The sixth and seventh blocks: Ding Dong Mausoleum.
Ding Dong Mausoleum is two queen's mausoleums, distributed side by side, separated by a manger ditch. Empress Dowager Cixi is buried in the east and Cian in the west. Some people may wonder why Cixi was buried in the East, because the Qing Dynasty always respected the East, and she was called Empress Dowager Cixi. Is it that Cixi invaded Cian's mausoleum? Actually, it's not like this. Ding Dong Mausoleum is on the east side of Xianfeng Dingling, so Ci 'an Mausoleum will be closer to Dingling, because Ci 'an is an orthodox queen, and Ci 'an Mausoleum is also connected with Dingling through Shinto.
