Influencing factors of jig
The influence of coal feeding amount
The selection and adjustment of coal feeding amount are important factors affecting the jig sorting effect. The amount of coal feeding cannot be too small. If it is too small, not only the equipment capacity will not be exerted, but also the loss will increase and the quality will deteriorate. However, it is not appropriate to feed the coal amount too large. This will lead to an increase in the amount of coal in the gangue belt and damage to the clean coal. The quality of pollution deteriorates.
In coal preparation operations, the coal supply should be kept balanced and stable as much as possible. This requires that coal should be put into the bunker before the coal is discharged, so that the coal in the buffer bunker should be kept at more than half the bunker. This not only avoids the impact of particle size segregation in the bin on the sorting process, but also allows the coal feeding machinery to feed materials evenly and continuously along the entire width of the jig. However, since the raw coal for the coal preparation plant often comes from different mines or different coal seams in the same mine, the coal quality changes greatly, which requires the operator to make decisions based on the specific conditions of the incoming materials.
The influence of feng shui volume
During the jig sorting process, when the coal quality is relatively stable, the parameters of the jig should be kept as stable as possible, so as to stabilize the sorting effect. Among them, air volume and water volume are a very important factor. It not only determines the beating height (amplitude) of the bed, but also determines the mobility of the bed. The following points are worth noting about Feng Shui coordination issues
(1) Raw coal contains a lot of fine-grained materials. In this case, the horizontal flushing water should be minimized while ensuring complete moistening of the raw coal, and the amount of top water should be reduced room by room along the length of the jig. Use high water and small wind at the front of the jig to prevent fine-grained materials from passing through the sieve too early; increase the air volume in the middle of the jig so that fine-grained materials with poor quality can be layered and discharged through the sieve .
(2) When the coarse-grained grade of raw coal is of good quality and the fine-grained grade is of poor quality, the general method is to strengthen the screening and enhance the suction power. The adjustment of the damper adopts the principles of short air intake time, long exhaust time, large air volume and small water volume.
(3) When the coarse-grained grade of raw coal is of poor quality and the fine-grained grade is of good quality, the through-screening should be reduced and heavy products will mostly be discharged from the screen. Therefore, the rising period should be strengthened and the falling period should be weakened. The adjustment of the air valve is generally such that the air intake time is long and the exhaust time is short.
(4) When the raw coal has uniform particle size and is of good quality, the operating system of small wind and large water should be adopted; when the raw coal has uniform particle size and poor quality, the operating system of large wind and small water should be adopted. Feng shui coordination is the dominant factor in ensuring that beds are sorted according to density. Xinhai jig adopts electromagnetic stepless speed regulation, with uniform agitation, stable ore flow, strong adaptability to widely selected materials, and good separation effect for medium and fine particles. Usually people summarize the effect of Feng Shui as "wind can preserve quality and water can preserve quantity." When quality problems need to be solved, it is necessary to make decisions on the use of wind; when more coal needs to be washed and the processing capacity is increased, it is necessary to make a fuss about water. Feng shui should not be used excessively or insufficiently. The amount of air should be sufficient to stabilize the bed and maintain its tightness. The amount of water should be appropriate to ensure the mobility of the bed. The standard for proper Feng Shui coordination is that the bed is stable and the materials are layered according to density.
The impact of emissions
When the feed volume is stable, the Feng Shui volume is used appropriately, and the stratification effect is good, the final result of the product depends on the product's emissions system. Correct discharge of materials is one of the important factors to ensure product quality.
The discharge volume of the main selection section should not be too large or too small. If the discharge volume is too large, it will increase the loss of coal in the gangue and make the bed too thin, causing the bed to be disordered and unfavorable. Sorting; if the discharge amount is too small, it is easy to thicken the bed, and the bed cannot jump up with the same amount of feng shui, and the looseness is small. Therefore, the materials cannot be sorted well, causing large pieces of coal to be mixed in In the gangue, part of the fine gangue is mixed into the clean coal, which not only affects the product quality but also increases the loss; furthermore, if the discharge is not timely, it is often easy to pile up coal. In this case, sometimes the gangue has to be discharged suddenly. Improper discharge of gangue in the first stage will not only increase the loss of coal in the gangue, but also affect the bed separation of the second stage.
When the emissions in one section are good, the emissions in the second section should be as stable as possible. The quantity and quality of coal discharged from the second stage of the main separator not only affect the quality and yield of the clean coal products of the machine, but also directly affect the feed amount and nature of the feed to the re-selection machine. In short, pay attention to reasonable coordination between the first and second stages during emissions.
