Let me answer this question. I am a travel expert, from Ningxia. I grew up in Wuzhong and now live in Yinchuan.
In terms of health, Yinchuan comes first, followed by Xining and Lanzhou.
Both are provincial capitals. Lanzhou is surrounded by mountains, and the Yellow River passes through the city. As for Yinchuan, there is the Yellow River in the east and Helan Mountain in the west, with flowing water and high mountains. Yinchuan is the last stop on this geomantic land. Based on my experience in traveling for so many years, I think Gansu is the best.
