National standard for pool area of elevator machine room
The pool area of general residential commercial houses is about 10% to 25%, that of multi-storey houses is about 10% to 15%, that of high-rise houses is generally less than 20%, and the pool area of more than 30 floors will be increased by elevators, generally around 25%. The public area of serviced apartments and other houses is on the high side, which may be above 40%. Common parts generally include elevator shaft, pipeline shaft, stairwell, power distribution room, equipment room, public hall, corridor, guard room on duty and wall.
Although the public area sharing coefficients of high-rise buildings and multi-storey buildings are different, they all fluctuate within a certain range. For example, the distribution coefficient of towers in high-rise buildings ranges from 0. 18 to 0.26, that of plate buildings in high-rise buildings ranges from 0. 14 to 0. 16, and that of multi-storey buildings ranges from 0.1to 0./kloc-0.
