Can gouache lemon yellow be used with oil painting pigments?

Gouache pigment and oil painting pigment can be mixed. Gouache pigment and oil painting pigment have different components, different paper and different color sense, but they can't be used. Beginners can practice their hands with gouache pigments and use them together.
