Cause of oil in intake manifold
There is oil in the intake manifold, mostly because the steam of the oil cools and condenses. A small amount is a common phenomenon, don't worry about it.
It's strange when it's large. There may be a problem with the oil-gas separator. Solution: Clean the oil-gas separator or replace the valve cover in time.
It may also be caused by the blockage of the exhaust gas circulation valve of the bonnet. In this case, the valve cover needs to be replaced.
That is to say, if the engine supplies too much oil, the lubricating oil content in the crankcase ventilation system will increase, thus promoting the lubricating oil to flow into the intake pipe from the crankcase ventilation system.
Some engines are equipped with PCV to relieve the pressure in the crankcase, while other engine oils are located in the intake pipe. Because the gas released by PCV is used, it will soon enter the suction pipe with new gas.
Because you can't see the real car, of course you can't make a correct judgment. It is suggested to go to a 4S shop or a professional garage immediately and let the staff check it to see where the problem lies.
Only by determining where the problem lies can we fix it through symptomatic treatment.
The intake manifold is located between the throttle valve and the engine intake valve, which is also called manifold. The function of intake manifold is to distribute the mixture from carburetor or throttle body to the intake of each cylinder.
