It is a Fengshui tower in the county seat. It is one of the eight scenic spots in Lechang County and is called 'turtle'." "Shitunliu", Ou Kanshan's "Guishitunliu" of the Qing Dynasty said: "...the turtles and stones are all swallowed up, and the water is wide, and the pen peaks are inserted into the sea and the sky." ...".
Guifeng Pagoda sits northwest to southeast, looking across the river from the South Tower that soars into the sky. Guifeng Pagoda is a seven-story pavilion-style blue brick and gray sand structure with an octagonal plane and a high 15.9 meters, the inner passage is hollow with a diameter of 4.58 meters, and there are no steps to climb. The first floor has a side length of 2 meters, a height of 0.3 meters, a wall thickness of 1.57 meters, and a width of 0.57 meters. The 1st to 3rd floors are all open to each other with 4 heights. The 1.32-meter arch is in the shape of a "ten" passage. There are 4 to 6 floors of false doors with staggered decorations on all four sides. The wooden planks of the tower cavity are all rotten and divided layer by layer. Special-shaped brick animal head, raspberry gourd brake. The main size of the tower bricks is 0.31×0.16×0.06 meters.
