Ziyang Revolutionary Martyrs Cemetery was founded on 1956, located at the top of Lianhua Mountain in the jurisdiction of Lianhua Village, Lianhua Office, Yanjiang District, Ziyang. The cemetery covers an area of 14492 square meters and consists of four parts: martyrs memorial hall, martyrs memorial square, martyrs cemetery and garden. In the cemetery, the loyal souls of 45 revolutionary martyrs in Yanjiang District, such as Yu Guozhen, secretary of Sichuan Provincial Party Committee of party member Regiment, and Rao Guohua, former commander of the famous anti-Japanese Kuomintang, are buried. In addition, there are five tombs of the old Red Army and veteran cadres built in different years near the tomb area.
