About the house
The house is located in Luhu Palace, Wenjiang. The two owners are both employees of Lianjia, so they initially had more room for choice than others when buying the house. The surrounding scenery is very good. Outside the window is the beautiful Ferris wheel. It is a local filming location for romantic dramas!
After installation, when taking pictures, they did not take pictures of the balcony. They only found this one for everyone to see! The scenery is infinitely beautiful!
At the same time, the house itself is also great. There are basically no problems with the layout. I must praise it here. There are no problems with the layout, which is equivalent to saving a lot of demolition costs. Everyone, you are about to buy a house or plan to buy a house. At the same time, the floor height of this house is 2.9m. No matter whether it is a suspended ceiling or anything else, there will be no sense of oppression. The owner was really careful when choosing a house!
About the design

Compared with others, there is no such thing as Brother Xuan Design, we should not see the light industrial style design this time. The owner actually preferred the Nordic style at first, but the owner prefers the dark-colored Nordic style. As everyone knows, the Nordic style is basically synonymous with freshness! But to be honest, the dark Nordic style is like this at first sight. It feels a little depressing, and dark colors can make people feel unhappy if they live there for a long time, which goes against the owner's desire for a quiet space. Let’s take a look at the overall picture of the living room. In the initial design, Brother Xuan designed a blackboard wall in the dining room, which is light-colored. The cement wall paint is paired with the dark blackboard wall, which has clear layers!
Elements of track lights are also added to the lamps, and a variety of supplementary light sources are used, such as floor lamps, track lights, and chandeliers in the living room. The indoor lighting is sufficient whether it is day or night. of!
For the TV background wall in the living room, we use cultural wall tiles, furniture, etc. in a simple style. When friends sit in this kind of design, it is recommended to use supplementary lighting, otherwise the light will The brightness of a small chandelier or a single lamp is not enough for the entire space.
So you can clearly see that our restaurants and kitchens all have supplementary lighting. . At the same time, this unit does not have an obvious entrance space, so the designer combined the entrance space with the dining room space.
The kitchen is an open kitchen. It should be emphasized here that the owner couple does not often cook at home, and the apartment itself is an open design, so we finally decided on an open kitchen. At the same time, the kitchen and the A bar is designed between the restaurants, and simple meals can be settled here.
The design of the master bedroom is to use the floor and walls in the upper part, and latex paint in the lower part. I have seen examples of this kind of installation before. Although the colors are different, the effect is quite beautiful. , friends who like it can come to a bedroom like this!

About the current situation
The design pictures are very beautiful, but as everyone knows, we will face various problems in practice, such as not being able to find the right type of furniture in the pictures. For example, if the actual cost of the operation is too high, or if you can't find exactly the same furniture, what should you do? We can only overcome them one by one!
At the beginning of the design, our design was like this, but during the operation, it was our first time to do cement wall paint. We didn’t know the effect. Brother Xuan and the foreman asked many people and walked around for a long time. I found this paint in the market. After finding the paint, with the help of the brand, the foreman did the first test and found that the effect was not good. Then he tried a darker paint and finally made the current one. The results we see!
What is gratifying is that the efforts of the foreman and designer were not in vain, and we basically achieved the results we wanted!

To be honest, the cement paint on the walls of the living room and dining room is not easy to do! Its process is different from ordinary latex paint. At the same time, everyone doesn't know what the final effect will be. When it was painted for the first time, the effect was not good.

Everyone at Fire Eyes Fine Gold has noticed that our restaurant has been modified a bit! From the cabinets to the placement of the refrigerator to the chalkboard walls, we changed it all! So the shoe cabinet is flush on the outside, but the depth on the inside is inconsistent!
At the same time, when the owner and designer were looking at wardrobes in the furniture market, they fell in love with this cabinet at a glance, so we had to say goodbye to the previous plan!
At the same time, this design makes the space more open. From our ceiling design to the owner’s purchase choice, we can see that the owner likes the open space, so in the end, the designer also canceled the wall The chest of drawers!

As for the design of the kitchen, we mainly canceled the design of the bar. In practice, we found that adding a bar would make it more complicated. Although the pictures are beautiful, the main thing is to make it look good in person. Isn’t it?
