How to replace the leaking water tank of jh6 heater?

The reason for the leakage of the heater tank is that the metal pipe leaks due to corrosion, welding cracking, vibration cracking and other reasons, so it is necessary to remove the heater tank and replace the metal pipe.

Disassembly method:

1. First remove the workbench and remove the workbench screws. Pay attention to where there are screws. There are screws at the lower two edges of the workbench, and there are two screws just above the wheel arch.

2. Dismantle the instrument assembly, and pay attention to the instrument connecting wire when disassembling to avoid breaking;

3. After the instrument assembly is removed, the whole picture of the heater is leaked. The heater is connected with three screws, first remove the upper one, and then remove the other two screws;

4. Then remove the water pipe connected to the heater water tank.

Remove it and replace it with a new metal tube, and then install it according to the removal steps.
