Legal Analysis: According to the relevant provisions of the Notice of the Provincial Housing and Construction Department on Defining the Relevant Matters Concerning the Examination and Acceptance of Fire Protection Design of Construction Projects (Guangdong Housing and Construction Department Letter [2020] No.30), the proportion of spot checks on the fire protection acceptance record of construction projects in various places is: the proportion of spot checks on the fire protection record of the completion acceptance of construction projects in public gathering places is 80%.

Article 1 This Law is formulated for the purpose of preventing fire, reducing fire hazards, strengthening emergency rescue work, protecting personal and property safety and maintaining public safety.

Article 2 The fire control work shall follow the principle of putting prevention first and combining prevention with elimination, and implement the responsibility system for fire control safety and establish and improve the socialized fire control network in accordance with the principles of unified leadership of the government, legal supervision of departments, overall responsibility of units and active participation of citizens.
