Replacement method of warm air water tank: 1. Drain the coolant from the cooling system; 2. Remove the control panel; 3. Remove the cable fixing piece on the left side of the heater and remove the screw on the terminal; 4. Unplug the wire connector behind the blower motor; 5. Disconnect the vacuum tube and lighting line behind the heater control device; 6. Place a container under the engine and the heater water supply pipe behind the cylinder head; 7. Disconnect the heater water supply pipe behind the cylinder head.

How to judge that the hot water tank is broken? The hot water tank is broken: water leakage, reduced circulation capacity, abnormal noise and idle speed of the car.

1. Water tank leakage is easy to find. A small amount of water leakage will be found at the outlet of the water pump, and a large amount of water leakage can directly leak to the ground through the chassis.

2. Open the water tank of the car, and you can see that the coolant is in a vortex shape. If the vortex is not obvious, it means that there is something wrong with the water pump of the car, especially in the high temperature environment in summer, the water temperature will rise.

If the water tank is broken, the car will make abnormal noise. This situation is generally caused by the bearing of the water pump, so you need to pay more attention at ordinary times.

4. Because the automobile water pump collects the cold water in the water tank through the belt connection, if the rotation of the water pump is affected, it will directly affect the work of the engine, which is prone to the unstable speed of the automobile, which mostly happens in winter.
