What are the cooling methods of bag filter?

(1) Low-temperature air or water can be used as the medium for cooling the high-temperature flue gas of the bag filter, and some cold air and water cooling can be carried out. Either cold air or water cooling can be directly or indirectly cooled, that is, cold air can assist flue gas cooling, and then the filter will be warm.

All kinds of cooling methods are suitable for a certain range, and their characteristics are suitable for dust collectors with different temperatures and uses.

(2) Some low-temperature flue gas can be added appropriately. If the gas temperature is inconsistent in the same dust removal system, the best way is to add some low-temperature gas to the high temperature first, so that the mixed gas of cold air can be added continuously, so that the temperature in the dust collector will not be too high.

(3) There is another way to cool the dust collector, which is to install a cold air valve. Before the bag filter, the suction cooling valve after installing the cold air valve is mainly used to prevent high smoke from entering the bag filter beyond the specified temperature. The cold air valve is a butterfly valve with adjustment function, one end of which is connected with a high-temperature pipeline and the other end is communicated with the outside atmosphere. The regulating valve is operated by automatic high temperature signal, which controls the amount of air sucked into the flue system, thus reducing the flue gas temperature and adjusting it within a certain range.
