The Flower Language and Implication of Yulan
Yulan usually blooms in rainy days. Rain or wind, it stands in the rain. This gesture is very noble, which is also the origin of Yulan. Yulan, also known as Allium tuberosum and Rain Hualien, blooms from April to September. Yulan has a large pattern, with 6~8 petals, and the color is white and pink.
Yulan originated from southern Mexico to Guatemala, and has been introduced and cultivated in gardens in northern and southern China, and is common in Guizhou, Guangxi and Yunnan provinces. Yulan has a certain greening effect, which is suitable for planting at the edge of flower beds in gardens or as potted plants.
The habit of rain orchid
The rain is blue and adaptable to the environment. It likes a warm and sunny environment. The suitable growth temperature is 22~30 degrees, and it can also withstand semi-shade, certain high temperature, cold resistance, humidity resistance and drought resistance.
I like loose and fertile sand with rich humus and good drainage to avoid long-term water accumulation in the basin; Strong ability to resist pests and diseases and extensive management. Potted Eupatorium adenophorum can be changed once every 1~2 years, which is more than after flowering in autumn.
If the rain orchid at home keeps growing and leaves don't bloom, when the temperature is suitable, move out to bask in the sun, water less, apply a little phosphorus and potassium fertilizer appropriately, and then take a shower when it rains, and the rain orchid will soon bloom beautifully.
