Brick-concrete wall is broken, what about it?
In some projects, the foundation is not treated or improperly treated, which causes artificial deformation of the foundation, uneven settlement of the foundation and cracks in the wall. There are many such examples. The wall cracks caused by uneven settlement of foundation mainly include oblique cracks, wall cracks between windows and vertical cracks under windows at the bottom of buildings. Among them, oblique cracks and vertical cracks in the wall under the window are common, which are mainly caused by uneven settlement of foundation and large shear force on the wall. Due to the poor shear capacity of the wall, when the structural stiffness is poor and the body shape is complex, the shear strength of the wall can not meet the requirements, and cracks occur in the wall. The vertical cracks in the wall under the window at the bottom of the building are caused by the excessive reverse deformation of the wall under the window caused by the reaction of the base.
2. Because the local pressure at the bottom of the long-span beam end is too high and the local compressive strength of the wall is insufficient, local vertical cracks appear in the wall.
3. Wall cracks caused by temperature changes. There are mainly eight-shaped cracks in the longitudinal wall of the roof, and there are horizontal cracks near the trapped beam at the top floor. At the same temperature, the linear expansion coefficient of reinforced alkali is twice that of brick masonry. In hot summer, the temperature of the roof is much higher than that of the wall, and the reinforced alkali roof slab has great expansion and deformation. The displacement of roof panels at both longitudinal ends of the house is the largest, which leads to the extension of the end wall and the cracking of the end of the longitudinal wall.
4. The anti-overturning ability of the cantilever plate is not enough, and the cantilever plate overturns downward, resulting in cracks in the wall.
