The tender tip of the sugar orange seems to be burnt?
Some fruit farmers grow sugar oranges in a slightly denser way. Although a shelf is built to cover the film every year, the film is covered too tightly, and the space between the film and the ground is too small, resulting in no air circulation. If the highest temperature in the weather is 26 degrees, it is estimated that there will be more than 30 degrees in the plastic film. If not found in time, some fruit trees will be burned.
Precautions for covering trees with plastic film: there should be a space of 40 ~ 60 ㎝ between the plastic film and the ground to facilitate ventilation and avoid warm weather, burning branches and leaves, flowers and fruits on sunny days, and even dehydration and yellowing of the whole plant. Covering with film requires scaffolding, but in order to save costs, this method is not suitable for direct coverage, and it is easy to cause problems in frost weather or temperature rise+sunny days; Do not completely uncover the film after covering. If the environment changes, the quality of fruit will be affected. However, bamboo can be used to support the film a little higher to avoid the damage of sugar orange.
