Introduction to Space Weather

Violent activities such as flares and coronal mass ejections on the sun have serious impacts and harms to the earth's magnetosphere, ionosphere, middle and upper atmosphere, satellite operations and safety, and human health, and Communication is damaged. People call this short-time scale change caused by solar activity space weather. Compared with terrestrial weather, space weather occurs more than 30 kilometers above the ground. The physical parameters involved in space weather are very different from atmospheric weather.
