How about long nails?

Some people like to keep the nails on their little fingers long. They also call them "longevity nails". In fact, this is a bad habit.

The test results show that there are 40,000 to 50,000 bacteria in human hands, and there are more bacteria, viruses and parasite eggs that can be hidden in the nail scales. If you pick your teeth with long nails, these pathogenic microorganisms will not only be sent directly into your mouth, but also spread various diseases. Over time, it will increase the distance between your teeth and lead to loose teeth. If you dig your nostrils with long nails, it is easy to bring in dirty things, make your nostrils inflamed, cause various chronic nasal diseases, and reduce your sense of smell. If you dig your ear with long nails, it will bring bacteria into the ear canal, leading to various ear diseases. If otitis media is caused, in severe cases, bacteria will drill into the brain along the small blood vessels in the ear, threatening people's lives. Therefore, raising "longevity armor" will not make people live longer.
