What happened when Jane Eyre and Rochester first met?

One afternoon in January, Jane Eyre was on her way to help Mrs Fairfax send a letter to Gancao Village. Rochester's horse slipped, and after he was injured, Jane Eyre helped him get back on the horse despite his rudeness.
