What does the class care work include and what is it?
This year our class welcomed many lively and lovely babies. After several months of careful care and patient teaching, most of our babies have overcome the separation anxiety of being away from their loved ones for the first time, and have successfully adapted to the collective life they are exposed to for the first time after birth. With the joint efforts of the teachers in this class, the children's conventional awareness has been initially established, their self-care abilities have gradually developed, their study habits have gradually formed, and all work in the class has been carried out in an orderly manner. Now we will summarize the work in several aspects this semester.
(1) Children's adaptation to kindergarten:
At the beginning of the semester, children's emotions are relatively unstable, and parents are worried. Most children are always close to their loved ones at home, so they are emotionally unstable, squeamish, prone to crying, highly dependent, and domineering when entering kindergarten. And most of them have weak self-care ability and need to cultivate it step by step. In response to this situation, we held a parent-teacher meeting for new students at the beginning of the school year to help parents understand the content and order of daily life in kindergarten, to help parents understand the various situations that may arise after children enter kindergarten, and to communicate how to help children adapt to kindergarten life more quickly. . In daily life, teachers carefully help children with poor abilities and patiently guide children to gradually learn to take care of themselves. A month later, we held a Parents' Day activity. After the activity, parents reported that they did not expect that their children would do so many things after leaving us. We did not expect that the teachers would take care of their children so carefully. The children have made progress and the teachers have worked hard. We are relieved.
Whether they are in kindergarten or at home, most children's self-care abilities have improved substantially like a "leap". He is able to do his own things by himself (putting on and taking off clothes, shoes and socks, folding small clothes, etc.), and he is also more sensible and helps parents to take on things within their capabilities, showing a vigorous and vigorous life that is constantly improving!
(2) In terms of childcare work:
Children in small classes are young and have many differences in self-control and self-protection abilities compared with children in middle and large classes, which requires the input of our teachers More energy, more comprehensive attention. Only when children are healthy physically and mentally can they devote themselves wholeheartedly to activities and continue to develop. Therefore, the teachers in our class attach great importance to their consciousness and actions, learn from experienced teachers, promptly communicate problems encountered at work, exchange good experiences and practices, and pay attention to every aspect of children's daily life. details, promptly detect abnormalities in their physical condition, and provide special care and attention. In the implementation of education and teaching, we strive to make breakthroughs in the selection of activity content and the adoption of organizational forms, taking "humanistic education" as the starting point. Children gradually actively participate, interact, and explore, and their enthusiasm for learning becomes stronger than before, showing unlimited learning potential and strong thirst for knowledge. Able to express one's ideas independently and confidently, and be able to hold conversations. Ability to use brushes and paper to sketch and express things that one likes and is proficient in. Ability to help and learn from each other and make progress together with peers!
Over the past semester, the children in our class have made progress in various abilities compared to the beginning of school. There are 31 children in the class, 23 of whom are now able to independently complete tasks such as taking off and putting on clothes. At present, the emotions of the children in our class are no longer as crying and unstable as they were at the beginning of the school year, and they have transformed into effective learning and life. Especially children Shen Shenghao and Chen Xi, now they can integrate into the collective life of the kindergarten, get close to the teachers and get along well with their partners.
(3) Parent work:
At the beginning of the school year, the parents of my class did not have a systematic and complete understanding of the purpose and methods of carrying out various tasks in the kindergarten. Therefore, at the beginning of the school year, we held parent-teacher meetings, mainly for parents to communicate, introduce in detail the intentions of carrying out various tasks this semester, and answer their doubts patiently and carefully, so that parents can have a comprehensive and profound understanding of the kindergarten, class, and kindergarten this semester. , teachers’ work purposes and working methods, so that children can be safely entrusted to us. Many of our parents attach great importance to education. They have high requirements not only for their children, but also for our teachers. They have also accumulated a certain amount of experience in educating their children. Therefore, after the start of school, we held parent-teacher meetings one after another, mainly to discuss the different performances of children at home and in kindergarten, unify the purpose and methods of education, and shorten the distance between teachers and parents. For parents with busy working lives, we communicate with them on a regular basis, or use the "Home Contact Book" and "Baby Growth File" to provide them with feedback on recent work priorities and children's performance, so that parents can provide feedback on their children's performance at different stages. Depending on the ability level, the right medicine can be tailored to the situation. While developing the theme, we also received the cooperation of many parents. Since the resource of parents has been fully mobilized, home cooperation has become closer and more harmonious, and the children in this class have made faster progress and sustained development. At the same time, we have also carried out many home activities, such as: half-day activities, parent meetings, open days, open weeks, and organizing parents to listen to fire safety knowledge lectures. These
activities have received support and unanimous praise from parents.
(4) Shortcomings:
Although the work of this semester has achieved results, there are still shortcomings. For example, the attendance rate of children in our class has always been relatively low. The reasons are: 1. There are some children in our class who had a particularly poor system before coming to the kindergarten. They are frequent visitors to the hospital: such as Qin Zhouyu, Ye Jiayi, etc. Absences are the norm.
2. There are some children who are particularly squeamish and doted on by their parents, such as Qian Wanyi and Wang Yunfei. The children often cry in school and the parents cry worriedly at home. That's three days of fishing and two days of drying nets. 3. Most of the children in our class live far away. When the weather gets cold, parents are too lazy to go out and simply let their children stay at home. In fact, teachers also have certain responsibilities. After we discovered the problem, we did not communicate in time to let parents understand that separation anxiety in children is a necessity in children's lives and an opportunity for children to learn to be independent. Parents should safely leave their children to Teachers to train children’s psychological qualities. I think this will be the focus of our parent conference next term. Over the past semester, there are still many tasks of various periods and different details at work. They complement and promote each other with childcare work, parent work, and teaching and research work. Although we have attracted attention, we have not done a very scientific and reasonable job of coordinating the relationship between them and arranging the time and priorities. Work efficiency needs to be further improved.
In the future work, we will formulate a more complete work plan and meet new challenges with a new look!
