Xun Huisheng always works hard and strives for perfection in art. It is said that Gong Yunfu, the big Li Qi and others at that time were very conservative and disliked him. They often laughed at him behind the scenes and deliberately learned to sing his slightly bangzi-flavored Nanbangzi singing, which even disturbed the performance on the stage. He was angry in his heart when he heard it, but he just swallowed it. Therefore, Xun Huisheng called his art development history "a sad history".
Xun Huisheng has a civilian character, and most of the characters he performs are maids, handmaids and small jasper. He is approachable himself. He saw that the artists at that time had low social status, insecure life, and even no burial place after death. In addition to often giving money to help, he also launched a fund-raising activity to buy righteous land. Under his initiative and preparation, headed by four famous Dan, together with Yu Shuyan, Yang Xiaolou and Qi Xin, everyone went out of 3 yuan, bought a 12-mu clearing in Zixin Road, built a small ancestral temple and sent people to guard it. This is the so-called "Liyuan Cemetery". This matter was originally initiated by Mr. Xun Huisheng, but he never showed off his merits in front of others. He only wrote in his diary that "it is our duty to pay attention to poor colleagues".
Xun Huisheng was persecuted during the 1 years of the Cultural Revolution, and finally all kinds of diseases came together and died suddenly. Even his monograph summarizing the experience of performing arts has not been left, which is really a great loss for the Beijing opera circle.
Xun Huisheng (19-1968), formerly known as Cai, also known as Bing Yi and Bing Chao, had a beautiful voice and a lingering fragrance, and was once a self-noun. Born in Guzhuang, Tushan Township, Fucheng County, Hebei Province (belonging to Dongguang County in the early years) on the fifth day of the twelfth lunar month in the 25th year of Guangxu reign. Early stage name "Bai Mudan". Its study room was named "Little Liuxiang Pavilion" after the playwright Chen Moxiang's idea of "leaving fragrance through the ages", and there were banners hanging in the study room, so Mr. Xun also called himself "the owner of Liuxiang Pavilion".

Due to the pressure of life, Xun Cai (that is, Xun Huisheng) and his brother Xun Cang were sent to the small peach blossom bangzi class for 5 yuan. Xuncang couldn't bear the pain of learning art and fled to other places. The squad leader returned Xun Cai to ask for a silver dollar, but Xun Cai was resold by Pang Qifa (stage name Pang Yanyun), a disciple of Hou Junshan, and returned Xiao Taohong at this price. He changed his role after learning martial arts. At the age of eight, it was convenient for Wei Tuo Temple in Tianjin to perform Bangzi Opera "Wang Chune" for the first time. Because he was young and nervous, he was beaten by his teacher. In order to remember this, he named himself "Ci" to remember the meaning of "Don't forget Ci". In 199, under the stage name of "Bai Mudan", he first performed "Loyalty and Filial Piety" in Tianjin Xiatianxian Theater. When he went to Beijing with his teacher at the age of 1, Hou Junshan handed down his Little Cowherd, Xin Anyi, Hua Tian Cuo, Ying Jielie and so on. In July 1913, he performed "Little Cowherd" with his brother Pang Sandu in Fushoutang, a polishing factory. He performed on stilts when he was only 13 years old, which was highly praised. Later, he joined the class of "Sanle Club" with his teacher, and learned art while performing. Together with Shang Xiaoyun and Furong Cao (Zhao Tongshan), he was praised as "three outstanding musicians". When I was studying art, I lived with Pang Shi in two lanes, namely, Huanqing Hutong and Long Lane, outside Qianmen.
Mr. Xun started his career in 1917. In December of that year, he formally changed to Peking Opera at Qingle Theater, and asked Wang Yaoqing, Cao Xinquan and others for benefits. In 1919, he went to Shanghai to perform with Yang Xiaolou, and got Yang's support as Mrs Mi in Changbanpo, Pan Qiaoyun in Cuiping Mountain and Tan Xiaopei as Yang Xiong. And let it play the role of "Hua Tian Cuo", and Shang Xiaoyun will play the role of Miss Liu Yuyan. Subsequently, many plays such as Xun Guan Niang were performed one after another, and this trip was famous for its "three small and one white".
In p>1924, Xunshi was introduced by Wang Yaoqing to the playwright Chen Moxiang, and they worked together for more than ten years, and Chen wrote more than thirty plays for him. In 1925, at the suggestion of Yang Xiaolou and Yu Shuyan, Mr. Xun changed his stage name "Bai Mudan" to Xun Huisheng, and published the enlightenment. In 1927, it was recognized as one of the "Four Famous Danes".
On July 14th, 1963, Xun Huisheng sang an excerpt from "Two Yous in a Red Chamber" in the auditorium of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. Since then, he has never returned to his beloved Peking Opera stage. After being criticized in August 1966, Xun Huisheng was sent to Shahe to work. Due to severe physical and mental damage, he suffered from heart disease and pneumonia. He died in Peking University Hospital on December 26, 1968 at the age of 69.
On May 24th, 1979, a grand memorial service was held for Xun Huisheng in Babaoshan Revolutionary Auditorium to rehabilitate him, and leaders of Deng Xiaoping, Chen Yun and other countries sent wreaths. The memorial service was presided over by Zhao Dingxin, and Cao Yu delivered a eulogy. Xun Huisheng was a representative of the 1st to 5th Beijing Municipal People's Congress, a member of the Hebei Provincial Political Consultative Conference, a director of the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, a deputy director of the Art Committee of the China Drama Association, an executive director of the Beijing Federation of Literary and Art Circles, a director of the Beijing Opera Research Institute, and a director of Hebei Bangzi Theatre. Zeng self-organized Qingsheng Society, Chunsheng Society, Liuxiang Society and Xunhuisheng Peking Opera Troupe. He has performed more than 3 plays in his life. Creating the unique art of Xun School has made outstanding contributions to the prosperity and development of Peking Opera.

In p>1927, Shuntian Times of Beijing held the selection of the first best actor in Peking Opera. Peking Opera actor Xun Huisheng was elected together with Mei Lanfang, Shang Xiaoyun and Cheng Yanqiu, and was known as Peking Opera. Xun Huisheng is directed by Xia Gang, and Xun Huisheng's eldest grandson Xun Hao is the executive director. Xia Gang said that Xun Huisheng is the most legendary among the four famous talents. He didn't come from a family in Liyuan. A poor rural boy first studied Hebei Bangzi, then changed to singing Beijing Opera. Without any backstage support, he won the title of four famous dancers at the age of 27, which was a smash hit. In addition, the shooting was supported by the master's family, and Xun Huisheng's personal diaries were produced, which became the main basis for his creation.
Xun Huisheng is played by the newcomer Yujian Lou, and Xie Yuan, Zhang Guangbei and six-year-old children also participate in the performance. On the set, the six-year-old boy Monkey King gave up martial arts to play the role of Dan Jiao. He said, "According to my line of work, I should play Yang Xiaolou, but my figure is different. The director finally decided to let Zhang Guangbei, who is a big man, play it. I studied Kunqu Opera since I was a child, and it's quite right to play Wang Yaoqing. Mr. Wang Yaoqing is the teacher of four famous scholars, such as Xun Huisheng. Tsing Yi, Daoma and Hua Dan are proficient in everything, and they are called' Tongtian Master'. It is a great challenge for me to play him. Moreover, many people don't understand the art of male Dan now, and think that male Dan actors in life are like women. I also hope that through this play, the audience can re-examine the art of Beijing Opera.
