Steamed oysters with garlic vermicelli
Ingredients: oyster, garlic, vermicelli, soy sauce, umami sauce.
Wash oysters with running water and clean the shells with a brush. Pry open the shell, rinse the sediment inside, and drain the water and shell for later use.
Chop garlic, ginger and millet pepper, stir-fry the oil in the pot with low fire, and then continue to stir-fry the salt, soy sauce and oyster sauce for about 1 minute, always with low fire!
