3. It is up to you to decide whether to keep the peach tree, but the two persimmon trees must be kept - there are two persimmon trees in old Beijing courtyards. When persimmons are harvested, they look like gold ingots, which is also good for wealth;

Most of the kitchens in courtyard houses in old Beijing are in the east wing, because the east wing is cold in winter (strong northwest wind blows) and hot in summer (exposed to the west). If it is uninhabitable, you can do the same. Other storage rooms can be combined with the kitchen. The shower room and toilet are in one place.
