Characteristics of Sweden
Sweden is a country located in Scandinavia, one of the five Nordic countries, with Stockholm as its capital. It borders Norway in the west, Finland in the northeast, scarborough's Gerakel Strait and kattegat in the southwest, the Baltic Sea and the Gulf of Bosnia in the east, and Denmark and Britain across the sea.
Sweden is located in the high latitudes of northern Europe. During the Quaternary Glacier Period, a large number of glaciers covered it. After the cold glacier, the climate began to improve. In the Stone Age, Sweden began to be inhabited, mainly for hunting and gathering. Around 1 100, Sweden began to form a country. At the beginning of the formation of the Kingdom of Sweden, Sweden was a relatively loose country.
