Legal analysis: Implementation Opinions of Hunan Provincial Education Department on Further Strengthening Enrollment Management of Ordinary Primary and Secondary Schools (Xiangjiaofa [202 1] 16) and Notice of Hengyang Education Bureau on Further Strengthening Enrollment Management of Compulsory Education in the City (Hengjiao [2021]/KLOC-0-0). And other documents stipulate that "all compulsory education schools are not allowed to use various examinations, competitions, training results or" if the number of applicants exceeds the enrollment plan, all enrolled students will participate in computer random allocation, and the admission list will be determined according to the allocation results. According to the above policy requirements, the enrollment policies of seven county-level private junior high schools in our county are determined to be "plan to go to school, register online, and shake the number of people" for the whole county.

Legal basis: This implementation opinion is formulated according to the relevant provisions of the Notice of Hangzhou Education Bureau on 20021Hangzhou High School Enrollment and the spirit of enrollment arrangement. Junior high school graduates who meet one of the following conditions can apply for various high schools in our county: 1. Junior high school graduates with household registration in Chun 'an County; 2. Fresh graduates of Chun 'an junior high school who are not registered in Chun 'an County, Zhejiang Province; 3. The children of migrant workers from other provinces who attended junior high school in Chun 'an County at the beginning of grade one have three consecutive years of study experience and student status in Chun 'an junior high school; 4. Children who meet the county's investment promotion talent policy. Students enrolled in various high schools are not allowed to apply for the exam.
