1. First, we remove the wiper blade and cover plate of the modern ix35 car. Because there is a fixed line of the workbench behind the wiper motor, the wiper motor should also be removed. Three bolts in the water storage tank fix the workbench, all of which can be removed.

2. Remove the connector and fixing cover of the water tank of modern ix35 heater. There are two bolts on the firewall to fix the bellows system respectively, and they should be removed together and taken out of the car.

3. Remove the two bolts at both ends of the internal workbench, and then remove the fuse box guard, steering wheel guard, instrument panel and housing in turn. Remember to take off the decorative plate at the lower part of the workbench.

4. Remove the cassette player, ashtray, tuyere and fixing frame, glove box in front of the co-pilot and internal connecting screws.

5. Remove the headlight switch and wiper switch, and remove the steering wheel fixing wire and two screws for fixing the workbench. At the same time, remove the decorative plates on the left and right sides of the steering wheel and unplug the switch plug.

6. All screws have been removed from the workbench. Finally, pull out the wire harness of the workbench to ensure the balance between the left and right forces. After pulling out, take out the workbench.

7. Remove the wire harness fixing wire on the bellows assembly, unplug the plug that gets in the way, remove the three fixing wires on the bellows assembly, and gently shake it to the left to take out the heating mechanism assembly.

8. Remove the old heater tank and replace it with a new one. At this point, the disassembly process of the modern ix35 warm air water tank is completed.

9. The process of reassembly is the opposite of disassembly. After reassembly, add antifreeze and exhaust. After the trial operation, the warm air will soon heat up and the temperature will be normal.
