Why is the TV series called Lonely Eagle?

In 1938, the Japanese army launched a full-scale war of aggression against China. In August, Shanghai fell. Under the pressure of international public opinion, the invaders stopped the war in front of their public concession on the south bank of the Suzhou River. The public concession therefore became a temporary pure land, known as the "isolated island"
