General situation of mine
Figure 4- 1 Schematic Diagram of Jiulishan Mine Location
Jiulishan Mine was built in 197 1 year and put into operation on April 30th, 1983, with a designed annual output of 900,000 tons. The development mode is horizontal shaft development, the elevation of horizontal roadway is -225m, and the mining areas are arranged up and down the mountain, with 4 mining areas up and 2 mining areas down. The working face adopts strike longwall mining, and the roof management adopts full sinking method.
Mine waterproof facilities are separated from the mining area by two wings, with 15 waterproof partition door and three waterproof sluice walls. The drainage facilities are equipped with 2 1 horizontal pumps D450-60 and D450-60X6 and 4 submersible pumps 6736- 1600. The installed total drainage capacity is 250m3/min. From the commissioning of 1983 to the end of 1992, a total of 445.32 tons of coal was produced, with an average water inflow of 92.87m3 per ton, and the drainage electricity fee per ton of coal was 15. 16 yuan (Table 4- 1).
Table 4- 1 Statistics of Drainage Expenses
When the mine was put into production on 1983, it was handed over to three production mining areas, namely, the first mining area, the second mining area and the third mining area. Due to the complex hydrogeological conditions and frequent water inrush in the west wing, normal mining can not be carried out, and the whole mine production is mainly concentrated in 1 1 and 13 mining areas. The first mining area is expected to end at 1997. Therefore, we should actively control the water disaster in the second mining area and alleviate the imbalance of mine mining.
