Learn to learn Feng Shui yourself in 7 simple ways

Some people usually don’t have time and energy to learn Feng Shui, but they like Feng Shui very much. Now I will introduce 15 popular Feng Shui methods to you for reference only.

Step 1: Stand in front of your home and look outside. Look to see if there are any large buildings or obstructions facing you that would cause what Feng Shui refers to as "hidden arrow evil". A neighbor's satellite dish, a telephone pole on the street, a church steeple, or a long road directly opposite your front door - these can all create what's known as a hidden threat. If there is anything that can become a "hidden arrow" facing the door of your home, then in order to resolve this harmful influence, you should hang a Bagua mirror on the front door with the mirror opening facing the outside.

Steps 2 and 3 Again stand at your front door and use your compass to determine the direction your home is facing. You can use a compass, or a fancy ornate Chinese compass (compass), but you must make sure you line up the north pointer on the needle with the true north point on the compass. (If you don't have a compass handy, you might be able to use a street map to find the direction your home faces.) Write this down so you can compare it to your personal best direction later.

Step 4: Check the entrance to your home to make sure there is nothing blocking the flow of Qi coming in from the front door, and that outside Qi can quickly gather indoors. The front door should be open to the public, so all other obstructions should be removed immediately.

Step 5 Sketch a rough floor plan of your home. Place the Bagua chart over your home floor plan, using compass directions to align them correctly. Then, the career position represented by the blue part will fall to the north, and the reputation position represented by the red part will fall to the south.

The eight directions in the 6th trick represent the "eight desires of life" - family, money, reputation, marriage, children, noble people, work and knowledge. Please identify which of the eight areas you want to improve or strengthen. For example, if you want to increase your money and the corresponding direction is southeast, you check your Bagua and find out the five-character "wood" corresponding to the southeast. To stimulate this direction, you will want to place items related to the wooden rows (such as potted plants) in this direction. (You can also use the water element to enhance the energy of this direction, because water "produces" wood.) By comparing it with the Bagua chart, you will find the meaning of each direction. A word of warning though, don't be tempted to enhance too many areas at once, or you may find that you're overwhelmed with opportunities that come your way.

Step 7 If your home is not square or rectangular, check the floor plan sketch of your home to see if there are any corners missing. The missing corner means that a certain direction in the Bagua cannot correspond to the room. For example, if your house is L-shaped, the above situation will happen. If an area that you feel is missing is important to you, then you should use a mirror to recreate that area.
