Are Baijiahao individual authors the same as writers?

Not the same.

1. A writer generally refers to a person who can write as a career in cultural creation, and also specifically refers to a person who has achieved great success in literary creation. Therefore, most of those who can be called "writers" have their works published and have a long history. Compared with the word "author", the word "writer" has an obviously stronger connotation of praise, so this word is often used as a polite honorific, or as a label to increase one's own worth, which is very flattering.

2. The name of Baijiahao is the name of the author. The author of Baijiahao will give a name during certification, and this name is the name of that author. But this name is not the author’s real name.
