? When the enthusiasm for reading was awakened, I happily wandered in the ocean of books, slowly obsessed and intoxicated.

? Three years of training and study in the famous teacher project inspired my interest in writing.

? I am ashamed to say that as a Chinese teacher, I always try my best to "coerce" students to write, but I am indifferent to writing. For more than 20 years, I have rarely been able to write except for the tasks assigned by my superiors. Participating in the training and study of the engineering department of a famous teacher made me deeply realize that reading less and being lazy to write are the biggest losses in my teaching career. Because I seldom write, many valuable experiences cannot be retained; Because I seldom write, many lessons of failure are not recorded; Because I seldom write, I left in a hurry, watching, doing carelessly and thinking roughly. For 20 years, only desolation has remained. The campus of Hailing Middle School is full of culture, a slogan, a green land, a osmanthus tree, a gazebo and a wall. Every grass and tree is talking, and every mountain and stone is affectionate. The small carved beams and painted buildings attached to Rugao Normal University, the simple and elegant Dacheng Hall and the kind smiling Confucius statue are a silent culture in themselves. ? I write about my tutor's experience in preparing lessons when he moved in, and my feelings and reflections after the lecture. In order to have a good reading class of "You are such a person-understanding Du Fu by analyzing words and sentences", I read the text again and again, read the biography of Du Fu attentively, wrote down "Life only has one season", recorded my reading feelings, and made full preparations for this class. After reading Hukou Waterfall, under the comments of Mr. Fu, Mr. Ma and Mr. Chuyu Station, I reviewed the lesson preparation process, reflected on the class process, and wrote articles such as "Only by thoroughly understanding the text can we gain a foothold in the class", "The class belongs to the students' stage" and "These regrets are all beautiful", summed up my lessons and recorded my feelings of entering the station. Since the engineering department of Jincheng Normal University came back from Beijing, I began to pay attention to recording the details of education and teaching. "Bless the most beautiful you" is my most sincere blessing to the children in the new year; "Being a responsible person" means grasping the details of teaching and infiltrating students' thoughts; "Ask about the harvest and ask about the cultivation" is to tell children not only to pay attention to the exam results, but also to the usual learning process; "There is a pain in life that I can never go back" is to let children understand that cherishing every day is the best state of life; "I thank …" is my heartfelt thanks to the children and their parents … In the past three years, I have written more than 30 issues of Teacher Zhang's Essays. I have written more than 20 "Gangzi's Daily Life"; I wrote 12 articles "I am a class teacher" and nearly ten articles "Teaching and Research Listening and Evaluation". Three lecture notes, I am such a class teacher, relying on cultural construction to create excellent courses, reading and growing all the way, which came into being at the historic moment ...
