Window plastering and closing: 5 steps, easy to master.
Reopen the vertical line
Don't forget to play the vertical line again before plastering! If the position, verticality and levelness of the line do not meet the requirements, notify the foreman immediately!
Chief foreman audit
Only when the foreman says OK can we proceed to the next step! Otherwise rework will be in trouble!
Cleaning and wetting
Before plastering the window, clean up the sundries and dust around the window, and then sprinkle some water for wetting. Then adjust the cement mortar according to the ratio of 1:2 and plaster it in layers.
Pay attention to details.
The aluminum alloy window frame outside the window is pressed with cement mortar for 5-8mm, and the window frame is exposed after plastering 10- 12mm. The front window should be straight and the size of the hole should be vertical and square!
The little secret of the inner windowsill
There is no slope in the plastering window, and the indoor window sill is 3-5mm higher than the outdoor window. The inner windowsill is higher than the outer windowsill and the size should be square.
