Changji's transportation industry has formed a traffic pattern dominated by road traffic, supplemented by railways and civil aviation. Miquan Blind Xionggou Scenic Area is located in the Kazak Township of Baiyang River, 33 kilometers southeast of Miquan County, changji city, and it is accessible by highway from Miquan County, 43 kilometers away. Altitude10002200m. Blind Xionggou Scenic Area is located in the upper reaches of Tiechanggou River, also known as Yuxi Buzao River, with a total length of 2 1km. The average width of the upper reaches of the river is 85m, and the bank slope is steep, with an average of about 30. The downstream valley gradually widens, reaching an average of 320m, with a slope of 20 on both banks. The upper reaches of the river have beautiful scenery and rich and concentrated scenic spots. Mainly: Blind Bear Cave, Ice Grass Terrace and Moon Terrace.
The former consists of huge stones sandwiched between two peaks, surrounded by rocks, trees and grass. There is a hole 1.3m high at the lower part of the suspended rock, with an area of 9m2 and the highest point1.8m. The hole is dripping all the year round, gloomy and humid, with steep terrain around the entrance and dense forests above. For wild animals such as goats, argali and bears, this is a comfortable living area. The Agropyron Terrace is located in the west of Blind Xionggou, with a length of 2km from east to west and a width of 1km from north to south. The Dacao Terrace is divided into two parts by Liushagou. The grassland is lush, with a height of 30 120cm and a coverage rate of over 90%. It is a grass cutting base and winter pasture for herders.
