How to Adjust the Valve Clearance of Modern Rena

The adjustment method of modern Rena valve clearance is as follows: 1. Remove the valve cover, fasten the rocker arm shaft frame, and put the decompression handle in the "preheating I" position; 2. Turn the crankshaft to the intake valve of the first cylinder from opening to closing, and determine the compression top dead center of the first cylinder by using the top dead center locating pin; 3. Put the pressure relief handle back to the "working" position, and check and adjust the valve clearances of other valves from front to back; 4. Place the decompression handle in the "preheating I" position again, pull out the top dead center locating pin from the flywheel locating hole, and slowly shake the crankshaft. When it falls into the flywheel positioning hole again, put the decompression handle back to the "working" position, and then check and adjust the valve clearance of the remaining valves; 5. Check it again in the above order, and readjust it if it is not right. Screw the top dead center locating pin firmly on the flywheel housing and reinstall the valve cover.
