Removal of the heater water tank of Foton Sapp pickup truck

1. Removal and installation of the heater device (applicable to 190 types of cars)

(1) Drain the coolant in the cooling system.

(2) Remove the control board.

(3) Detach the cable fixing on the left side of the heater device and remove the screws on the wire terminals.

(4) Unlock the wire connector behind the blower motor.

(5) Disconnect the vacuum tube and lighting wire behind the heater control device.

(6) Place a container under the engine and under the water supply pipe of the heater device behind the cylinder head.

(7) Disassemble the water supply pipe of the heater device behind the cylinder head.
