Although it is a tragic mixture of many metaphysical elements and superstitious colors, it also has simple experience summary and scientific truth. We should treat it objectively on the basis of seeking truth from facts. Feng Shui can be regarded as a kind of traditional cultural research by scholars, as well as the traditional cultural accomplishment of architecture, landscape architecture and ecological professionals, which can reflect the architectural tradition of China in modern architecture, urban planning and landscape design.
Since 1992, he has presided over and organized a large number of surveying and mapping work of national key cultural relics protection units and world cultural heritage ancient buildings, directly combining teaching practice and its achievements with cultural relics protection and related scientific research, and transforming them into economic benefits in time. Based on the results of surveying and mapping, he completed the repair, restoration design, protection planning and even declaration of world cultural heritage of a large number of cultural relics buildings.
More than 40 master's and doctoral students (including the United States, Japan and South Korea) have been trained.
