chufu
The meaning of "chufu" refers to coming out of the dog days, the dog days are over, and autumn is coming soon. There is a poem by the bamboo coir-hat man in the Yuan Dynasty: "The silkworms are sleeping for one or two, and the three or four leaves of the seedlings are still worried about the wind." This is a record of the emergence in ancient poetry. Carry an ultra-thin windproof jacket or scarf with you when going out to keep the weather cool in the morning, evening and after rain to prevent wind. Protect yourself from the cold when sleeping, protect your waist, abdomen and back when sleeping, and sleep less on mats to avoid stiffness caused by cold.
