How to quickly disassemble Ford maverick 1.6t engine?
1. Remove the two fastening screws, remove the brush assembly, loosen the nut and lock nut, and remove the brush assembly from the bolt;
2. Unscrew three shell bolts, and the front end cover with rotor will be separated from the rear end cover with stator and silicon rectifier assembly;
3. Remove the fixing nut of the reel, remove the semicircular key on the reel, fan and rotor shaft, and remove the rotor;
4. Remove the bearing cover and the front bearing;
5. Remove the protective cover of the silicon rectifier assembly on the back end cover, and remove the three joints of the stator coil fixed on the silicon rectifier assembly;
6. Fix screws and nuts to separate the stator from the silicon rectifier assembly;
7. Remove the nut fixing the silicon rectifier assembly on the rear end cover and the nut at the output end to take out the silicon rectifier assembly;
