How did Qiyang get its name?

Hello, in the first year of Yuanxing by Sun Hao of the Eastern Wu Dynasty to the fourth year of Tianji (264~280), Quanling County was divided into two counties, Qiyang and Yongchang. In the second year of Sun Liang of the Eastern Wu Dynasty, that is, the county was established in 257 AD), Qiyang County established the county seat (county seat) in Xinqiaotou Village, Jinlanqiao Town, Qidong County today.
