The origin of the name of Liuba County

The place names of Liuba County were first recorded in the unified records of Ming Dynasty. Liuba, according to legend, Sean, a native of Liu Hou, arrived in Bai Zi Valley and established Liu Hou Temple in China, hence the name Liuba. Liuba County belongs to Hanzhong City, Shaanxi Province, the hinterland of the southern foot of Qinling Mountains, and the north of Hanzhong City. Historically, it is a thoroughfare from north to south, known as the throat of Qin and Han Dynasties.
