Students from non-EU countries

The following is a brief overview of the rules for student visit visas (less than 6 months) and student visas/pre-entry permits (more than 6 months). These regulations only apply to students from non-EU countries. Student Visiting Visa-Student Visiting Visa is applicable to those who plan to stay for less than 6 months. According to the student visit visa, students can't have paid jobs or internships with more than 2 credits, and once they arrive, they can't extend their stay.

Student visa/early entry permit-If you plan to stay in the UK for more than 6 months, if you may extend it for more than 6 months, or if you want to work or practice for more than 2 credits, you need to apply for a student visa/early entry permit.
