Where is the Shali River in Luohe?

Shali River in Luohe City, located in Luohe City, is built on the basis of Shahe River and Lihe River, with a total area of 622 hectares (including waters). Shahe River and Lihe River meet in the urban area and cross the city. The two rivers are clear and the four banks are green, which is a unique natural ecological resource.

The total area is 86 square kilometers. With its unique natural conditions and geographical advantages, Shali River has reached the relevant standards and requirements stipulated by provincial water conservancy scenic spots, and was named "Water Conservancy Scenic Spot in Henan Province".

Main attraction

Shalihe Water Conservancy Scenic Area was established on the basis of Shahe River and Lihe River, two major water systems in Luohe City.

Shali River runs through the center of Luohe. On the basis of soliciting public opinions, the Luohe Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government made a decision to develop the Shali River and build landscape corridors, leisure corridors, cultural corridors and ecological corridors along the river. It is a comprehensive project integrating urban flood control, landscaping, drinking water source protection, cultural development, improvement of living conditions and ecological environment management. From Xin 107 National Highway in the west to 100 meters in the west.

The total investment of the project is more than 2 billion yuan, which will be implemented in three phases. The construction period is 3 to 5 years, and it was officially started in June 2006. The main tasks of the project construction are to spread green around the "two rivers", broaden the water surface, build eight theme parks and sightseeing avenues along the river, intensify the transformation of the two banks along the river, implement the project of "diverting water into the city", create a "famous city with water rhyme" and realize the harmonious unity of "city, water, people, green and culture".

Shalihe scenic spot

Eight theme parks along the river are the core of the scenic belt along the Shali River, namely: Chen Xia in Xiwan (Jinggangshan Road 107 National Road to Shahe Bridge), Yafeng in Fangfeng (Shahe Bridge in Jinggangshan Road to Shahe Bridge in songshan road), Hanyuan in Gu Lan (the intersection of Shali River), Zhao Xi in Liquan (Lihe Bridge in Songshan Mountain to Lihe Bridge in Renmin Road) and Haopu Kuaiyi.

The eight theme parks comprehensively cover Luohe's heavy river culture, shipping culture, writing culture, wine culture, opera culture, farming culture, bridge culture, food culture, folk culture, religious culture and red tourism culture, and build a fairyland on earth where "the city is reflected in the water, the water is green, and people roam in the picture world".
