Flying Centipede
This medicine is the root, root bark and stem bark of the Araliaceae plant Chong wood (Aralia chinensis). It got this name because its small branches are densely covered with yellow-brown needles, which look like centipedes flying into the sky.
Chongqing is a deciduous shrub or small tree. The stem bark is gray-brown with short hard thorns, and the branchlets are covered with yellow-brown hairs and needles. A beautiful village name often arouses people's imagination. "Flying centipede", what does this mean? It would be great to have a chance to see it! However, going to this mountain village with an altitude of more than 600 meters will make you sweat profusely, but it is only when you go to the Flying Centipede Natural Village in Qiaoying Township that the trip is worthwhile. This place was originally a "feng shui treasure land". Qianmen Mountain in front of the village looked like a huge centipede falling from the sky and flying to the southeast. It is said that the best feng shui is the "centipede pincer" on the protruding part, where the remains of a bachelor from the previous dynasty are buried. Standing on the "Centipede Clamp" and looking from a distance, I suddenly feel that "the mountains are small", the cool breeze blows, and I feel relaxed and happy. Next to the small village, there is another interesting place called "Anyan". It is actually a large cave, more than a hundred meters wide, neither high nor deep. There is a temple in the middle called "Anyan White Crane Hall". It functions as a corridor for woodcutters and passers-by to rest. There are blooming mountain flowers around the cave, and a small stream on the side of the cave rushes down from the top of the mountain. On rainy days, it turns into a waterfall with a roaring sound. From a distance, there are many strange rocks and rocks on the top of the cave, which are confusing. I was thinking: How great it would be if this beautiful scene could be moved to the edge of the city!
As I walked down the hillside, I was invited to a farmhouse to have a rest, and drank a cup of mountain cloud tea, which made me feel even sweeter. readily……. We learned from the owner of the house that there are 193 hectares of forest here and 54 households, with each household able to share 3.6 hectares of land. The mountain forest resources are very rich, and there are all kinds of bamboos, trees, fruits and teas. It is like every household has opened a "green bank". In particular, the 2.67 hectares of high mountain cloud tea here is famous far and wide. The life of the villagers is much better than in the past. Take food for example, what kind of vegetables, tofu, meat, poultry and eggs are there? Of course, most of them are bamboo shoots: braised bamboo shoots in oil, stir-fried bamboo shoots with shredded pork, and the salty bamboo shoots, which are perfect for rice!
