When will the resettlement plot of Tangjiaxiang in Jiangqiao start?

On September 30th, 20 16, Jiading District Planning and Land Administration Bureau publicized the master plan and land use master plan of Jiangqiao Town in Jiading District for the third time (including the recent special plan for key public infrastructure) (20 15-2040). The introduction of this plan means that Jiangqiao will be transformed from a chaotic small commodity market with many foreigners into a tall commercial area and residential area.

The main adjustments in this announcement include the arrangement of Tangjiaxiang resettlement bases on both sides of Xinghua Road in the north of Jiangqiao Town, and the adjustment of the overall layout of Jinbao Industrial Park and the west side of Jiamin Elevated Road, which not only meets the recent development of Jiangqiao Town, but also provides development space for Jiangqiao Town in the future. At the same time, the regulatory detailed planning of key public infrastructure in the near future has been added.

The planning scope includes all areas within the administrative area of Jiangqiao Town, with a total area of 42.4 square kilometers. According to the relevant planning requirements, the urban development boundary is defined as a new content in this announcement. The land area within the urban development boundary is 245 1 hectare, and the land area outside the urban development boundary is 1.786 hectare.
