Which one is more powerful, Naruto Ninja Master: Riba Feng Shuimon or Deidara?

Personally, I think Namikaze Minato is more powerful.

The first wave of Feng Shui Gate can avoid Deidara's bomb ninjutsu by moving at high speed.
