(two) to undertake climate prediction, monitoring, climate change research and climate resource assessment, and organize technical research and decision-making services such as climate feasibility demonstration and environmental meteorology.

1. Responsible for the development and service of meteorological information technology such as meteorological special service telephone; Responsible for meteorological data services; Provide professional meteorological early warning and forecasting services; Organizing meteorological scientific and technological research, technological development and popularization and application of meteorological scientific and technological achievements; Develop commercial meteorological service products for specific users; Responsible for the management, editing and production of TV weather forecast programs. 2. Be responsible for the research of lightning special forecasting and early warning technology, and provide professional technical services for lightning protection; Responsible for the research and development of lightning protection detection technology; Responsible for the professional technical guidance, training and quality inspection of lightning protection detection institutions; Responsible for the detection of lightning protection devices in the city; Technical evaluation of lightning protection technical scheme; Responsible for the investigation and accident identification of lightning disasters in the city; Responsible for the risk assessment of lightning stroke in the whole city; Undertake the safety technical performance test of lightning protection products in this city.
