What rivers are there in Henan?

1. Weihe River

Weihe River is the south branch of Zhangweihe River system in Haihe River Basin, adjacent to Zhanghe River in the north. It originated in Duohuo Town, Lingchuan County, Shanxi Province, and flows through Jiaozuo, Xinxiang, Hebi, Anyang, Puyang and other cities in Henan Province, and meets Zhanghe River in Xuwancang, Guantao County, Hebei Province. Above Hehe Town, Xinxiang, it is called Dasha River in history, and hereinafter it is called Weihe River, which is collectively called Weihe River in history.

the Weihe river is 394km long, with a drainage area of 14,97 square kilometers, of which 287km is in Henan province, with a drainage area of 12,791 square kilometers. The main tributaries are Qihe River, Anyang River and Tanghe River.

2. Zhanghe?

Zhanghe River originated in Shanxi Province, and its upstream is divided into two tributaries, Zhanghe River and Zhuozhanghe River. It is called Zhanghe River only after it meets Hezhang Village in Shexian County, Hebei Province. It enters Yuecheng Reservoir at Guantai, enters the plain through Yuecheng Reservoir, and flows into Wei Canal at Xuwancang and Weihe River. The river is 44 kilometers long and has a drainage area of 19,927 square kilometers.

Zhanghe River enters the territory of Henan Province from Linzhou in the north, which basically belongs to the boundary river between Henan and Hebei provinces, and exits into Hebei Province at Nanyang City, Anyang County, with a drainage area of 64 square kilometers. ?

3. Majia River

Majia River. Majia River originates from Nanguan, Puyang County, starts from Jindizha in the south of Puyang County, flows through qingfeng county, leaves the country in Nanle County and enters Hebei Province, and enters the sea in Wudi, Shandong Province. It is 48 kilometers long and has a drainage area of 9,45 square kilometers. The main river in Henan is 62.3 kilometers long and the basin area is 115 square kilometers. ?

4. Tuhai River

Tuhai River originates from Tongzhiying in the southwest corner of shenxian county. Its main stream starts from the civilized village of Dashahe River, passes through the eastern borders of Qingfeng County and Nanle County, Yan Village, Daqing County and Bitun County, enters Shandong Province, and then enters Bohai Sea. It is about 4 kilometers long and has a drainage area of 15,84 square kilometers. The main river in Henan is 16 kilometers long and the basin area is 77 square kilometers. ?

5. Yellow River

The Yellow River enters the territory of Henan Province in lingbao city and flows through eight provincial cities, namely Sanmenxia, Jiyuan, Luoyang, Zhengzhou, Jiaozuo, Xinxiang, Kaifeng and Puyang. Above Baihe Township in Mengjin County is a canyon, and below it is a plain. The main river in the province is 711 kilometers long, and the main tributaries are the Yiluo River and the Qinhe River system.

There are Hongnongjian, Suihe, Natural Wenyan Canal and Jindi River which directly flow into the Yellow River and have a basin area of more than 1, square kilometers. There are seven large reservoirs in Henan Province, including Sanmenxia, Xiaolangdi, Xixiayuan, Guxian, Luhun, Zhaikou and Hekou Village, and the Beijindi flood storage and detention area is built in the main stream.
