What to wear in the aquarium?

The most intuitive symbol of a nation is clothing, especially women's clothing, and so is the aquarium. As far as the current situation is concerned, the costumes of young and middle-aged women in the Shui nationality can best represent the characteristics of the costumes of the Shui nationality. According to regional differences, their costumes can be roughly divided into five types:

One is the costumes of Sandong, Zhonghe, Shuilong, Tingpai, Hengfeng, Tang Zhou and Yang 'an in Sandu County. These areas are the main gathering areas of the aquarium, so the costumes of the aquarium here are the most basic types of costumes in the aquarium area. Specifically, it can be divided into young women's clothing, young women's clothing and old people's clothing. Generally, young women are dressed in blue-collar gowns and indigo trousers, with vests embroidered on their chests, silver necklaces and silver pendants hanging from the top of the vests, jacquard ribbons dragging behind the waistcoats, embroidered shoes covered with gold ingots on their feet, and a six-foot-long home textile white-headed handkerchief. Young women's dresses are basically similar to young women's dresses, but the difference is that there is no collar. There are large welts embroidered with oblique green cloth on the waistcoat, skirt, cuffs and trouser legs, and two welts are embedded in the outer edge, both of which protrude from the garment surface. The outer edge of the welts is also inlaid with railing lace. Comb your hair to your forehead and roll it up from left to right. Insert a long comb diagonally between your hair and wrap it in black (white) hairband. In the past, young and middle-aged women in the Shui nationality wore black headscarves in their daily lives, and only wore white headscarves during mourning. With the progress of the times and the change of ideas, it is basically a white handkerchief, but it is forbidden to wear a white handkerchief when marrying a daughter, and only a black handkerchief can be used. Young married women wear embroidered corsets on their chests and embroidered shoes on their feet, while middle-aged women no longer wear embroidered corsets, preferring to wear a plain square scarf on their waist and embroidered shoes with pointed ponytails on their feet. The costumes of the old women in the Shui nationality are different from those of the young and middle-aged women. The coat is a long gown with right collar, no collar and no lace decoration. The coat is a short coat with double-breasted wide sleeves and no collar, and trousers are worn under it. The clothes are made of silver buttons and the feet are embroidered with pointed ponytail shoes. The hairstyle is to wrap the bun on the top of the head and then wrap it with a black square towel.

There are these differences between unmarried women and married women in clothing, which reflects the phenomenon of marriage and love of Shui people. Usually, the main way for young men and women of Shui nationality to communicate and fall in love is to get to know each other and deepen their understanding through the Expo. In the market, if a young man has a crush on a woman, he will know whether she has married another woman from her clothes. If you wear clothes with a collar and no lace decoration, it means that the woman is unmarried and can pursue love; However, if you wear clothes without lace decoration, it means that this woman is married, so she must give up, otherwise she will not only fail, but also be condemned by the society and even beaten by her husband's family.

Second, the costumes in Du Jiang area of Sandu Autonomous County. Du Jiang borders Rongjiang and Leishan counties in Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture. Due to the influence of Dong costumes, it is similar to Dong costumes, and its feet are small and oval. Women usually tie their hair on their heads and wrap it in white or plaid square towels.

Third, the costumes of Jia Rong and Yongkang in Jiuqian area of Sandu Autonomous County and Libo County. Clothes and trousers all like to use blue-purple simple fabric, with fine yarn and deep dyeing. Unmarried women wear a plain waist without embroidery, but the silver chain and ribbon at the waist are extremely delicate. Married women don't hang fences, but prefer rectangular blue-purple waist towels.

The fourth is the clothing of inner coats in Fengle area and Duyun in Sandu Autonomous County. In addition to the long handkerchief head, there is also a white towel tied horizontally. Clothes and trousers are inlaid with lace, and the length of clothes is close to knees. The sleeves and trouser legs of the clothes are very wide, and there is no silver chain on the waist, so the belt is tied and the embroidered emblem on the waist is turned down as decoration.

Fifth, the costumes of Niuchang and Pu 'an in Sandu Autonomous County. Because they live together with the Miao nationality, except for the traditional characteristics of the Shui nationality in Changpa Baotou, the clothes with large rows of buttons are shortened to the buttocks, and the costumes and accessories are basically the same as those of the Miao nationality.

The above five types of clothing are in terms of their differences. As a nation, the basic style of its clothing is the same. The tops they wear are all right-handed clothes with large rows of buttons, and the bottoms are all pants; Their hair styles are all long hair combed forward, hovering over their heads, with a wooden comb inserted next to them (in a few areas, hair is tied on their heads); The shoes they wear are embroidered cloth shoes or embroidered shoes with pointed hooks and ponytails. On the basis of this recognition, local differences focus on development.

These clothes are the general clothes of Shui women. On festivals, especially weddings, they also have costumes and special wedding dresses. The top of the dress and wedding dress is a classic black coat with wide sleeves and double-breasted buttons; Wearing a black pleated skirt and trousers; Wearing embroidered shoes with pointed hooks and golden ponytails; Hairstyle is to comb your hair to the top of your head and tie it up (easy to wear silver ornaments); When wearing a dress or wedding dress, you can wear various silver ornaments: silver flowers, silver pins, silver collars, silver pressure collars, bracelets, tags and so on. Among them, pleated skirts, silver flowers and silver forks are the restrictions for the bride when she leaves home.

Shui men's wear also has certain national characteristics. Older men usually wear casual clothes and double-breasted trousers, and long dresses and jackets when celebrating festivals. Wear a short handkerchief or ponytail hat in hot weather and a long towel or camel hat in cold weather. Wear light cloth shoes. Except for some young men who still wear headscarves and short black double-breasted clothes, most of them are dressed the same as Han youths.

Except for the special clothes worn by Shui women at festive festivals and wedding ceremonies, there is not much difference in daily clothes, only the difference between old and new and the difference between expensive and cheap fabrics. Wear old clothes for work, semi-old clothes for leisure, and new clothes for festivals, fairs or visiting relatives and friends. In the past, ordinary people often wore home textile fabrics, but now it is better to use high-grade materials; Old people's clothes, made of shiny black home textiles or black satin, are expensive.

The climate of the Shui people's living area is warm in winter and hot in summer, so their clothing styles in the four seasons have not changed, only from the texture of clothes and fabrics, the depth of colors and the number of clothes. Wear light-colored single clothes in summer. As the weather gets colder, the color of the material deepens and the number of clothes increases. Some people wear cotton-padded clothes or white sheepskin jackets in winter. In the old days, young men and women of Shui nationality didn't like to wear cotton-padded clothes in winter, but it was also beautiful to increase the number of single clothes and make a clear sequence. Shui women are shy and never wear short sleeves, so there is no difference between them.
