Relationship between working pressure and service head of waterway system
Management of service supervisor
According to Code for Design of Outdoor Water Supply (GB500 13-2006) and Code for Planning of Urban Water Supply Project (GB50282-98), the service head at the user connection point should meet certain requirements. The first floor10m, the second floor12m, and each additional floor will increase by 4m. The water supply pressure of urban water supply network should meet the requirements of 28 meters service head at the user connection point.
Hydraulic adjustment calculation
In order to ensure the safe water supply and meet the water demand, the Code for Design of Outdoor Water Supply (GB500 13-2006) stipulates that the water supply network should be calculated according to the maximum service coefficient and design water pressure, and should meet the requirements of fire-fighting flow and fire-fighting water pressure, maximum transfer flow and water pressure when the most unfavorable pipe section fails, accident water consumption and design water pressure respectively.
Calculation of pump head
The required lift of the pump (m) = the height difference between the lowest water level of the pumping water tank and the ground at the user connection point+the total head loss of the pumping pipeline+the total head loss of the water distribution pipeline+the design service head at the user connection point.
